Short CV

I am research fellow at ACFR of University of Sydney. Previously I hold a postodoc at LAAS-CNRS working with Simon Lacroix. I finished my PhD in July 2007 at the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (IRI) CSIC-UPC. My PhD Programme is called Control, Vision and Robotics imparted by ESAII- UPC. Some time ago, I received my first degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNAM and my Master in Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Cinvestav. I visited the Active Vision Lab of the Robotics Research Group of the University of Oxford and  ACFR during my PhD studies.

Research Interests

My main research interest is about autonomous vehicles: Perception and Action.
