Comment: Carlton Station - A rail train is passing. The spot tamper and what I know know is a pandrol clip inserting machine are at the Alawah end of the platform.

pict4528 * Carlton Station. The traveling crane on the rail train. The rail train has 'tracks' along the side (like the sleeper train behind the track laying machine) so that it can run along the wagons. * 2560 x 1920 * (2.6MB)

pict4530 * Carlton Station. The near group of guys are placing the pandrols in the correct position for the following pair with the inserter machine to push in. If required they lift the sleeper up to mate with the rail foot. The guys further away are manually knocking in 1 in every 10 sleepers. * 1920 x 2560 * (1.05MB)
